The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has discontinued access to water department data after a court case that was finalized on May 22, 2020. Due to this change, information is now limited to only account numbers and the current balance owed, if any. Due dates, meter numbers and periods covered are no longer being made available. We will continue to keep you updated if we hear from DEP on any further changes.

In the meantime, we recommend having the homeowner provide their last water bill at closing.
